These terms cover your use of the riskonradar.com website and the early access process. Risk on Radar is currently pre-launch and in active development, built in the Netherlands.

Early access is not a contract

Submitting the early access form registers your interest in Risk on Radar. It doesn't create a binding agreement, subscription, or purchase, and it doesn't guarantee access by any particular date.

No warranty

The website and the product, where previewed, are provided "as is" during this pre-launch period. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue any part of the site or the product at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

These terms will evolve

This is a minimal, early-stage version of our terms. We'll publish complete terms and conditions once our legal entity is registered and Risk on Radar is generally available.
